Gordon Nelson is Regional Vice President, Rogers Communications for Western Canada. Gordon is responsible for growing profitable marketshare and providing excellence in customer service across our products and business segments.
Prior to Gordon’s current assignment, Gordon was Vice President and General Manager for Rogers in BC where he was responsible for both our Fido and Rogers brands, including our Dealer, Retail and our Corporate, Government and Commercial Business to Business teams.
Gordon came to Rogers through the Sprint Canada/Call-Net acquisition where he was Regional Vice President, Western Canada. Prior to joining Sprint Canada, Gordon worked for AT&T Canada and held executive positions in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
Gordon is a graduate of BCIT where he completed both Engineering Technologist and Business Administration programs. Gordon also participated in and completed the Richard Ivy School of Business Executive Program. Gordon is currently on the Board of Governors of the Business Council of British Columbia and is a Director of the Vancouver Board of Trade.
Gordon is married and has three children, and loves to ski, play golf, travel and drink good wine.
